An employee is leaving and had many items scheduled for the future which her
replacement needs to know. How can calendar items be moved from hone
person's calendar to another? I know with contacts up to Office XP there is
an export feature, but how is this done for calendar items in Outlook 2007?

Connect to the other user's Calendar and change the view to a table view
like By Category. You can now easily move the items.

hi,

create a *.pst datafile in outlook. copy the whole calender folder in
this *.pst file (via drag and drop).
know you can move and import the pst file in other outlook
applications.
