I have been trying to find a way to resend an email that had been sent at
least one time before. Is there a way to do this?

Hi Skip,

go into the "sent iems folder" open the e-mail you want to resend
(doubleclick) click on "Action => resend this message".

My Outlook is in german, so the translation is maybe different to your
Outlook menu.

Resend and Forward are really two different things.

My first assumption was that they were two different things, but I don't see
a "Resend" option in either the pull-down or context menu in the English
version of Outlook 2007. Hence I defaulted to the assumption that "Forward"
was the relevant answer. Is "resend" somewhere harder to find?

You have to open the message, then in the Actions section, click on Other
actions - the "Resend" function is in there.
