What info??
If it is the message like emails are scanned and safe then uninstall AVG and re-install without the email integration (scanning feature)

I don't use AVG, but maybe check their support site, or possible AVG creates
a signature template?
Check signatures in the Options within your version of outlook

You don't remove it via outlook.

The signature is part of the free version of AVG. If you don't want the
signature, reinstall AVG without the email scan issue.

Turn off the "Certify" option.

However, it is always a good idea to install any AV program so that it does
not scan incoming or outgoing mail.
