My Windows xp video system cannot function. I just cannot reinstall my
video drivers. How do you reinstall the video system so that I can
reinstall the video drivers? After I reinstall video drivers and
reboot, the screens moves very slowly in bands.
CanI just do a repair install of Windows xp? How about reinstalling
windows xp sp2 or install windows xpsp3?

Did you uninstall the old video drivers first??
Go to Add and Remove Programs and uninstall the old video drivers first.
Make sure you have the correct video drivers.
