How do you register a RegExp library?

We updated a MS Jscript 5.6 update from the Window auto update , the number is 814078 and our data displayed inside the sql server, but from the web, all that data were gone, after disabled the UBB code, then we can see, but all that use UBB code is gone. Desperately need some one to input how do we go about make it works as the way it is before this update.
