Do you get all drivers when a ".sys" with many is selected?

I'm trying to provide as extensive coverage as is possible for USB keyboards.
Many require a USB Composite device before they can load the HID keyboard
driver. In review the devices available, many composite keyboards are
listed.

All the composite Keyboards indicate that they are using the same .sys file
and the same .inf file. Do I have access to all of the devices included in
these files, even if I only select one of the many devices? In other words,
so long as a .sys and .inf file are included in the build, does this provide
support for all devices enumerated in the .inf file?
