How do I use a 'highlighter pen' in my text?

I have seen emails written to me whereby a portion of the text is
hightlighted, as if a highlighter pen was used. I'd like to know how to
accomplish this. I use WORD as my Outlook format.

Ask in a Word newsgroup, then, because it's not a function of Outlook.

's Computer Specifications

Make sure your e-mail format is HTML (look at the title bar while you're
composing an e-mail). With Word as your editor select the highlight
feature just as you would in Word. You didn't specify what version of
OL/Word so I can't be much more specific than that.
