Iphone gives you the option to sync contacts on my phone with specific groups
in email accounts. Does Outlook have a feature that allows me to create
multiple "groups"?

Outlook doesn't have anything called "groups". You'll have to define the
object or feature that the iPhone calls a "group" in order for us to know
its Outlook equivalent. What does this "group" do?

outlook uses categories. I'm not sure if that is what Iphone groups use -
the Apple.com forums might give you a better answer.
