How do I use Frontpage and Access to collect e-mail addresses?

I want to set up my website in such a way that I require my users to submit
their first names and e-mail addresses in two separate fields in order to
access my site. How do I go about doing this. Please understand that I am
not a "techie" nor do I have a great deal of knowledge in this matter since I
started using Frontpage recently and have a limited background on Access.
