I found the DHTML EFFECT TOOL BAR, BUT IT IS VERY LIMITED COMPAIRED TO POWER
POINTS CUSTOM ANIMATION BUTTONS AND CHOICES. WHEN I CLICK TO CUSTOMIZE THE
TOOL BAR IT DOESN'T HAVE ANY EXTRA EFFECTS TO ADD, ANY IDEAS OUT THERE?

Search for DHTML JavaScript that does what you want or learn to write DHTML or use Flash, etc.
