Hello people, hope you can help me with this little problem I have, It's
doing my head in. What I'm busy doing is, trying to put a slide show on our
mountain rescue website(which has been built in FrontPage) which goes fine
until I want to save the page, then this message appears: "To save this page
and photo gallery, open a FrontPage based website and save the page to that
site" Now I've been opening a FronPage based website & it still doesn't
work, what does it mean this message I keep getting? I know people have been
having problems with their FrontPage photo albums & have been told to try
other programmes, but I like FrontPage & I don't want to change. Hope
someone can help. Thank you in advance.

Regards Sel.

The best way I have found for a slide show is a tird party tool. You can
download a free trial and it works very well with FP.

Hope this helps. Because its SWF it also uses smaller file which is good.

Did you open a web before opening any pages, or just a page within a
web? These are not the same thing.
In my experience and testing with the FP Gallery, you must open the
web first, then Import the images into the web, and then create the
Gallery. Changing the order results in disaster. And as others have
mentioned, the FP Photo Gallery is a very long way from perfect.
