I have Outlook 2000 installed in my Windows XP laptop.. I just purchased a
Blackberry Curve 8330 and I can not get the two to sync when I try to
exchange information to the handheld to laptop...

Are you using Internet mode or Corp mode? See Help, About. Most sync tools
work only with Corp mode and you can switch in Tools, Options, Mail
settings. Otherwise, you'll need to buy Outlook 2007 (or office 2007),
uninstall your current version and install the new version.
