I have the basic version of Office 2003. I want the business contact manager
available in Small Business or Pro. Do I have to purchase the full version
or will an upgrade version work the same?

Marsh,

This is a new Microsoft accounting software that is similar to QuickBooks.
It also comes with Office 2003 Small Business and BCM. For the first 5000
people it is free. Go to the following site to order it. It takes about a
week to get it.

This should resolve your issue without having to buy Office 2003 Small
Business or Pro.
