Ask in the body of the message. See
http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/missinghol.htm or simply visit the
Microsoft download pages and get the update.

I am looking for the same fix. We updated our office suite to 2003 last year and recently discovered this limitation. Can anyone point me to a solution beside manually typing them in?

It might help if you explained what limitation you're concerned about.

You'll need to quote the message to which you believe you're replying. We
have no idea to what you're referring here.
