How do I update contacts by sending out vcards?

I am trying to update all my contacts without having to cut and paste what I
have and email it to everyone. Is there a way to send out a vcard to a
particular contact, have them update it or make changes, and send then it
back to me? Will it automatically update in my contacts? Is there a better
way to do this?
