No worries on the delay, the Add-In error quit coming up after I tried the
last suggestion and rec’d a Run Time Error; now the Add-In is listed under
Tools>Trust Center>Add-ins as an “Inactive Application Add-in.” I did a
search inside my registry and found all the references to “Constant” The
results are listed below.

As of right now, the error message does not come up and Constant Contact
Importer is listed as an “Inactive Application Add-in” If you see something
in my registry search (besides my pun of ‘needle in a haystack’) that looks
peculiar, I have no problem hacking it. I did not find the registry entry
where you previously indicated.
