How do I troubleshoot submitting billable time from BCM to SBA?

I'm having a dickens of a time in trying to figure out why when I am in an
appointment window from my calendar, and I've just finished with a client, I
try to submit a time entry for invoicing, and it never shows up under my
employee name when I go to in the menu >> Business Tools >> Accounting Tools
>> Submit Billable time in order to submit my time to be billed to SBA. My
time entry never shows up under Submit Billable Time. I am painstakingly
connecting my SBA to BCM, I have literally spent hours combing the help files
to figure this out. I think I have set up my billable time entry correctly,
i.e. my category is billable, time submitted, everything is connected from
what I can see. I am doing everything I can think of and still my record
does not show up in Submit Billable time.
