If it is all HTML, then just make sure that entire content is in a main folder, then open that
folder in FP.

easiest way;
use that program or an ftp program to copy the site to a folder on your
computer, then in FrontPage hit file/ open site, browse to the folder in
question and open it. the first time you do this FrontPage will ask if you
want it to place meta files within the folder structure (let it). and you'll
be good to go from there.
subsequent openings are just file/ open site, file/ open recent sites, etc.
If you close FrontPage with that particular site still open, it'll be open
for you next time you fire up FrontPage.

HTH

Hi Chris,

Thanks for that. I followed your instructions carefully. The webplus file is
inside a folder on the desk to and then within FP but when I try to open the
webplus file FP says it can not load the file for some reason.

what kind of file extension does it have?
I didn't realize there was a proprietary file involved.
I assumed you simply wanted to open it's output file(s) with FrontPage.
Most likely you won't be able to open it's base file.

Maybe I'm still not understanding.
