How do I transfer Outloonk files to external hard drive

Hello:
I'd like to take all of my folders, including my inbox and personal folders,
copy them to an external drive and then import them into Microsoft Outlook on
my Mac. Presently I am running XP on a new Mac Book.

I dont use a mac, but with a new win pc you have to import your 'old' store
to OE, on the new PC, then export the mail to OL
