I have a Dell laptop running XP and Outlook 2003. I want to transfer all of
my Outlook files to my new Toshiba laptop that is running Vista. I will be
using Outlook 2003 on the new Toshiba / Vista system. What's the best way to
get this done?

Move over the pst-files and connect them on the new machine by File-> Open->
Outlook Data File...
