I'm trying to transfer my emails and address book from outlook on my work
computer to outlook on my home computer. If anyone can assist me that would

If you want to mirror your work computer at home you can copy the
outlook.pst file on your work computer and replace the one at home with the
copied work file. Note: this will overwrite the mail and addresses currently
on your home system not add them. If you want to add the contacts from work
to the home system then you need to export the contacts folder to a .csv
file and then you can import that file in Outlook at home and it will add
the contact information.
