How do I transfer music from a Yamaha PSR125 keyboard to hard driv

Hello'
I operate Win XP Home and want to know how to transfer music from a Yamaha
PSR-125 keyboard.
What I want to do is transfer notes/chords onto the hard drive/cd and play
it bacK on my personal cd player.
