What is the version of BCM that you were running on the old comp looks like
it was running BCM V1 that is why the history did not get
backed up.Install BCM V2 on the old comp and export the data as a .bcm this
should contain all your data enclosed the link to install the
same

if you dont wann do this backupp your data as an .msbcm file by going to
file > buisiness database > backup
