I want to remove a profile, but first transfer/forward the email to another
profile.

Thanks.

1. Create the new profile. Point the new Profile at the existing pst file
2. Delete the old profile.

Thank you Gordon. I've pointed the new profile at the old .pst file. I
can't tell, however, to identify the "new" .pst file as the default so that I
can delete the old again.

If you used the Outlook default name for your pst files (ie didn't re-name
them) then the first one will be called Outlook.pst and the new one will be
called Outlook(1).pst...

I do know what file I want to identify as the default, I just don't know how
to do it.

Go to Control Panel-Mail-Data Files. Highlight the new pst file, and click
on "Set as default". Then highlight the old file and click on "remove".
