How do I transalate emails in random languages in Outlook ?

I guess you want to translate in CERTAIN languages and not in RANDOM ones...

Outlook 2007 with word2007 is the only Outlook that offers that
functionality, but to my experience, it's still quite poorly supported.
Select the text to translate, open the language/translate ribbon, select the
language of your text and the language you want to translate to.
Watch and get a laugh most of the time...
