Using Outlook 2003. I have calendar entry "Call so and so...." I have called
this person before and want to time date this call above the other one. I can
enter it manually however other programs I have used wil do this
automatically. Surely Outlook can do this?

in outlook 2003 you need to use a utility or enter it manually. You can also
use VBA to do it.
