When adding a new contact in Business Contact Manager to an existing account
I have to re-enter all of the base data such as address, phone numbers,
website etc. is there a way of templating this redundant data? I have WinXP
with Microsoft Office 2003.

I am afraid that BCM was not designed to work that way

Actually, I was able to find a way to do this. After the first contact has
been populated with the account data. The contact must be pulled up-click on
Actions-Then New Business Contact From the Same Company to generate the next
contact. Once this is saved you need to go into the Account and click on Add
Contacts-then click on existing contacts to double-click on the contact you
made in order for the contact to be listed on the account. By the time I
have all of my Accounts configured with their contacts and associated data,
my competition will have had plenty of time to work on taking my business.

You can also try copying the Account to the Business Contacts folder
and then updating the new Contact with the person's info.
