How do I take off the setting that shows my enters and spaces?

I have accidently touched some buttons on my keyboard and now when I go into
a new email it is showing the little icons that show how many spaces you have
and how many enters you have.

Its really annoying and I can't figure out how to turn it off.

PLEASE HELP!
