I am trying to set up the Intellisynch function with the full range of
Outlook Applications (address book, calendar, tasks and notes) and the only
one that works is the address book.

Whrn I try to configure the PIM, I get a message that there is no
application to support configuration.

Any ideas?

Contact Blackberry support or the support for your sync application instead.
Outlook doesn't play an active role in the sync process.
