How do I stop the credentials prompt for Exchange connection?

Outlook 2003 on an XP client. Everytime I open Outlook, I get a credentials
prompt to make the connection to Exchange Server. In Email Accounts -
Exchange server Settings - Security Tab, the "always prompt for id and
password is unchecked.
