How do I stop company logo from being received as an attachment?

When we send messages, the recipient gets the message but our company logo
becomes an attachment as part of the email, which causes them confusion. How
can I stop this from happening?

You can't guarantee how any email will be read. E.g. I read all emails in
plain text - your logo will always be seen as an attachment.
