How do I start with front page

I would like to design a web page but dont know where to start! I had a go
and it mention isp web host. I dont know how to do that. Can anyone help
please

Start with the FrontPage help files, and the included tutorials.

You can also go here to get some tutorials:

You must have a web host to publish your web to. Check with your current
ISP (Internet Service Provider) to see if they host webs.

Go to amazon.com to find a good book, search Google for tutorials, learn to
use the HELP files and lastly devote yourself to learning something new.
When you have questions that you just can't find the answers for, come back
here.

A good on-line resource for all website creation is
http://www.w3schools.com/

This doesn't deal directly with FrontPage, but with the code behind it -
HTML, CSS, Javascript. Sooner or later you will have to learn some of these,
so why not start now?.
