how do i spell check all of my text, the spell check has skipped

i need to turn of the spell check that states text marked do not check has
been skipped. please someone help me

Ctrl+A to select the entire document. Then go to Tools | Language | Set
Language. Entirely clear the check box for "Do not check spelling or
grammar" (this may require two clicks) and clear the box for "Detect
language automatically" while you're at it, since automatic language
detection is fallible at best.
