How do I sort my Sent Items from the first person in the To: field

One of my co-workers sends messages to multiple recipients in the To: field,
and when she is going through her sent items, it sorts by to: first, and date
second. This is fine, except that Outlook 2003 and 2007 see something sent
to one person differently than something sent to two or more people, and it
sorts them alphabetically and then by date, which means she has to dig
through a larger portion of the list to find what she needs. Is there any
way to set Outlook 2007 to only use the first person sent to to categorize
these without having it sent to one person and then CC everyone else? She
feels that to do so is bad protocol.

Nope, no way to do it.

What is a better solution is to build a Search folder that searches for mail
To and From the person they are looking for.
