In outlook how can I sort my personal files by name?

I not really sure what you mean by "name" but you can sort on any field in
the view by clicking on the field name. You can also add many field names to
any view and then sort on it.

If you mean your folders, you can't change the alphabetical order, so name
them accordingly. I put an X in front of the ones I want to appear on the
bottom: XSaved.

Outlook doesn't contain files. Please try to describe what you mean more
