I was using my smartboard like I always do when it simply stopped working. It
has done this before, but has always continued working after a few seconds.
This time it froze and still does not work one day later. I'm out of ideas
should I do? [Product: Smart board with projector mounted on ceiling]

This is a hardware issue, not Word.
