how do i show which folder emails have been put in?

If you do a search on your Outlook to find a certain email, how do you then
know which folder you have saved it in?

Look across the same row as the item to look under the In Folder column.

If you create folders with the same name then you won't be able to tell
which folder is listed under the In Folders column. Say you create:

Personal Folders
|
|__ Inbox
| |__ Work (Inbox - Work)
|
|__ Sent Items
|__ Received Items
|__ Work (Received Items - Work)

When the In Folder shows the item is in the Work folder, WHICH folder
would that be? An example of better folder names are shown in the above
parenthesis.
