How do I show the shortcuts and folders pane in outlook web access

I believe the shortcuts are available only in a real Outlook client (which
OWA is not). OWA will show, however, all the folders that are in your
mailbox on the Exchange server. If you have folders in a PST, however,
there's no way for OWA to see them, since it looks only on the server and
PSTs are on your local machine.
