All of the messages I receive in my Outlook inbox show my name and email
address as who it is from. Is there anyway to change it to show who sent it
to me??

have a look on this site:

"Customizing Columns"

You must insert the "From" column. The websiet will show you how to add this
"From" column.

Verify that you view is set to Messages and not to Sent To.
If it is set to Messages you might want to reset your view so it will affect
all folders that are using that view.
