How do I show just one recipient's name when sending to a group?

I'm using Office '07 to send weekly emails to a large group of people and
would like to make it so that each person sees only their name as the
recipient. Right now I just send it to everyone as a blind copy, which
works, but I'd like to know if there's a way to show just one recipient.
