Ask whomever is your e-mail provider. Call them, chat with them, or
read their instructions on their web help pages.

Hello Ricoz,
Outlook 2003> Tools>e-mail accounts>select the e-mail account and click on
set as default. So when you send an e-mail that account will be given
preference.
Outlook 2007>Tools>accounts.
