How do I set up a button on the toolbar in word for a calendar?

Follow up letter will require inserting a date. I would like to have a
calendar button on my toolbar to facilitate inserting dates.

Example from Letter:If we don't hear from you by{10 days later}we will
assume that you are no longer interested in our service.
