How do I set up an address book in Microsoft Office 2007?

I am trying to set up an address book in Microsoft Office 2007. I want to be
able to print mailing labels or envelopes from this address book for
Christmas cards. I am using Microsoft office 2007

The function uses the contacts list in Outlook.
or
You can use any Word compatible data source for mail merge
