How do I set the send/recieve time in MS Outlook?

Where do I go to select the time that outlook downloads?

Hi Charles,

On the "Tool" menu, point to "Send/Receive Settings", and then click "Define
Send/Receive Groups"

Here you can change the time settings. (Outlook 2003)
