How do I set search folder to use a email address not in contacts

's Computer Specifications

I have email that I want to use a search folder for. I do not have a personal
address book. (company policy) For internal users, I can set them up easily
since they are in the company address book.

I have a external vendor that I want to put both sent & recieved emails in a
search folder.
Using (E-Mail Removed) does not work. (0 emails found)
