Go to Tools, Options dialog, Other tab. AutoArchive button in 3/4 of the way
down the dialog. This enables it with the default setting. To override the
setting on any folder, right click on the folder and choose Properties then
AutoArchive tab.
If you still can't find it, go to Help, About and verify the version of
Outlook you are using. It will not work with "Outlook Web Access" (its not
really outlook) or Outlook Express.
