Gurus,

I have MS Outlook 2003 configured to compose messages in RTF. But when I
reply, the default is to reply in the way the original message came in so if
it came in HTML the reply is in HTML. How do I set Outlook to reply always
in RTF?

You can't. As you've found, Outlook automatically responds in the
format of the original message.

You should also know that only other Outlook users can read RTF
messages, so ALWAYS using RTF is not a good idea, since not everyone
uses Outlook for email.
