how do I set outbox to automaticaly send emals?

's Computer Specifications

I've just installed Outlook 2007 on my new HP 4720s laptop. On my previous
laptop when I composed an email and clicked 'send', the mail was automaticaly
sent from the Outbox. This is not happeing on my new laptop. Where and what
is the setting to make to happen pse?
