I saw where someones web page has this.

Meta Name= "distribution" Content="Global"
and
Meta Name= "revisit" after="14 days"

To have your page revisited and to make your page global, is it that easy?

Nope. The robots will revisit when they choose. Usually weeks or months.

The revisit frequency depends on the site. ( I think )
My "hobby" site gets spidered by Google every day, and it doesn't have a "revisit" meta
tag.
