How do I set minimised files to appear as thumbnails in Office 200

When I started with Vista/Microsoft Office 2007, the minimised files appeared
as thumbnails. Somehow I have altered that to icons. Any ideas how I can
organise the thumbnails to reappear would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Right click in any file operations window and select view > thumbnails
